Head office staff keeping our manager and secretary on 2 or 3 month co tracts for 18 months then knocking our fun loving manager into leaving.

Having lost our beautiful manager through head office cruelty the place has lost its joy. It is full of stress in all the remaining staff.

Infrequent gardener. Inconsistent management for large periods of time. A perceived lack of support from Bupa. No restaurant or meal service.

Poor managers with little support from Bupa. Told about care apartments by manager but they never eventuated.
