Pros

The Sands location was the big draw for us, right on Browns Bay beach, making the most of the beautiful view, the village has so many useful shops and services, and the home is so well designed - so many features for elderly easy living, seam free flooring, wide doorways, grip-able door handles, sliding doors, accessible seating. The staff are friendly and so kind. They really took great care of my Dad, and made him feel at home but also preserved his sense of independence.

The staff are so kind and friendly and really took excellent care of Dad but also gave him space to do things he enjoyed - especially morning walks on the beach. We loved the care and attention to the small details that made living in the care suite so easy - the accessibility is first rate. And the way the building uses the common areas to make the best of the sea view was really exceptional and gave Dad real comfort and joy.
