Cons

Sometimes you are not checked on. The villas are dearer than an ownership flat. We moved to a villa when in our 79's. A big move you have to sell off your big furniture, and buy smaller stuff. You have to be fit to move. Have seen people too old and have only lasted a few months. They don't realise there is no care.

Thanks for your feedback. Our villas are for people who are independent however many of our Village residents receive private or government funded support services in their villas e.g. cleaning, home help or personal cares. We are happy for residents to arrange and access these services if required. Village residents can have peace of mind knowing that in an emergency they have call bells connecting them to trained staff 24/7, and if their needs change and they require Rest Home or Hospital care, they will have priority entry to our onsite care facility as soon as a room is available.
