"Review of Marian Heights, Whangarei"

Pros

The village is quite small with about 40 houses and a community hall. Only 4 km's to the hospital. 6 kms to Whangarei City centre. Local bus service at the gate. A 20 acre park opposite the Village for walking or exercising. Medical unit close by and local 4 Square. Only 50 km's to Dargaville on the west coast. You need to be able to look after yourself to live here as there is no care centre on site. There is generally a dinner get together which costs each person around $10.00. There are BBQ
