Conveniently situated, Carmel Country Estate is just a short distance from Greerton Village Centre and only ten minutes from downtown Tauranga with all of its amenities, including hospitals, golf courses, shopping centres and great places to go for a walk, it certainly is in a great location. There is also a large tepid pool at the local Polytech which is just down the road.

This Village really does have a unique feel, the Villas are very individual and are available in several different designs. They can be personalised with your preferences for kitchen design, benchtops, cabinetry, flooring etc. All of our Villas and Apartments are refurbished to "as new" standards.
