What is a feature or point of difference about your facility?
There is truly a sense of home at CHT Hillcrest that is reflected through the entire facility, from the warm welcome and big smile at the front entrance, through to the carefully-tended gardens, kind and caring staff and the small gestures and actions that bring something positive to each resident every day.
What would you say is ONE of the key reasons residents rated you as winner or finalist in your category?
The quality of the staff and the way they bring to life the values of CHT - care, comfort, compassion, connection and community - through their work every day.
What did it mean for the staff and / or staff when they heard about this year's award?
Staff were absolutely thrilled about winning the Award! It shows just how much the residents and their families recognize and appreciate all their hard work, care and compassion.
