Cons

No covered carpark. No communal lounge within apartment block

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

LTO & ORA should be adjusted (law change) so holders of LTO have more rights. Independent complaints process. Larger % of capital is returned on exit

Lovely self contained apartments. Big decks. Great neighbours....Read more

Lovely self contained apartments. Big decks. Great neighbours.

Cons

No amenities or facilities. No bus trips. No outings. No support during COVID-19 lockdown not even a phone call to check on me. 5 managers in 5 years.

Suggestions to Management or General Comment

Waste of time complaining or making suggestions. Given up trying to talk to management. Social environment has been created by apartment residents . Can't shift to a different village due to low percentage return of apartment purchase price.

Security. Responsibility of maintenance and general up keep of home taken care of.

Cons

None really. Residents who want to micro manage others. Residents who do not understand what independent living means. They want to be waited on.

The criteria of being able to live independently needs to be more carefully thought out as some residents move into independent living and really need the likes of serviced apartments.
