No fire drill. No ramps for wheelchairs. No 24hr service.

Thank you for your feedback although what you have written is not correct. We do conduct regular fire drills, which includes a fire evacuation every six months. This is in accordance with the RVA’s requirements and is verified by the RVA as part of their audit. In addition, all our units are fitted with emergency alarms or pendants. These are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Although the Village itself does not provide care some of our residents do receive care from the likes of HealthcareNZ or SupportNet in some cases up to three times a day. I hope this clarifies things. If not we welcome you to come and discuss this with us at your convenience.
