Cons

Oven placed too low in the kitchen area (this was noted earlier) Some doors poorly fitted - maybe earthquake damage - can be draughty.

An area designated for croquet, pentaque, bowls ect. An outside space with furniture & shelters to relax in on good days. A village committee.
